I specialize in children's and YA literature and media studies. My book, Cub Reporters: American Children's Literature and Journalism in the Golden Age, is forthcoming from SUNY Press. In addition to my current project exploring the origins of YA publishing and culture, I'm also starting a query into American puppetry.
