Q. How do I create a profile?
A. Click the Register Now! button in the "Click below to create a profile" box on the home page, fill in the requested information, and click Sign me up! If your e-mail address already appears in the box, you may already have an account in the system.
Q. How do I make my profile private or public?
A. Click on Settings under your name. Scroll down to Privacy Settings, select your option, and click Save. If you are a session participant, your profile setting must remain as public for your name to appear in the session listings.
Q. How do I save sessions I’m interested in?
A. Click on the + button next to the session title. A user profile is required to save sessions or add them to your calendar.
Q. Where are my saved sessions?
A. Click the My Schedule tab under your name. Sessions can show in a list (click List) or calendar grid (click Grid).
Q. Will my saved sessions stay saved on the app? Or do I need to save them separately?
A. Sessions saved in the online Program will stay saved on the app. Calendar details are synced between the app and the online Program.
Q. How can I add my saved sessions to my personal calendar?
A. Click the My Schedule tab under your name. Click the Export button on the right side of the calendar page, select your calendar from the drop-down menu, and follow the prompts.
