Session Information
Description: Scholars from a broad range of institutions and disciplines discuss the theory and the pedagogy of teaching Native literatures and languages, addressing how we teach Native texts both in and out of the Native literature classroom and with both Native and non-Native student populations. How do we contextualize Native literature for students—and colleagues—working in other disciplines? What does it mean to teach Native texts in translation?
