Description: This documentary tells the story of the novelist, journalist, and political activist Peter Abrahams and his emergence from the slums of Johannesburg to his central place in Pan-African and Third World liberation circles in London and Paris and his adopted homeland of Jamaica. Following the screening is a discussion with the film’s director, the veteran Radio Jamaica senior journalist Earl Moxam, also a friend and colleague of Abrahams’s, will be in attendance as discussant.
