Session Information
Description: The field of study centered on Latin American cinema has grown exponentially in the past few years. Participants from different generations explore the tension between textual and media studies, the issue of archives, journals and book series, digital studies, the tension between regions and nations, and the uncomfortable relation between existing film theories and the specificities of Latin American film production.
